With Spinach and Ajwain

Benefits:

·         Helps in maintaining digestion

·         Throat health

 

Preparation:

·         Dice 300g of spinach

·         Blanch in boiling water

·         Heat half a teaspoon of ghee in a thick bottomed pan on low heat

·         Add one teaspoon of crushed ajwain seeds into the ghee and let it splutter

·         Add the blanched spinach and stir

·         Add half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, turmeric, amchur or tomato paste and salt to add              taste

·         You may add two split green chillies for taste

·         Sprinkle water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes till the spinach is soft, does not smell raw             and is blended with spices

                                                

ProTip:

Always eat hot with rice or any bread
